Using Breath as Medicine towards Transformation
We begin in conversation, laying the foundation of where you are in the moment and preliminary thoughts on where you want to be. Once a strong and simple intention is set, we move through three rounds of Elemental Rhythm Breathwork, followed by an integration session to make meaning on what the experience has revealed.
MICROCURATION
For those searching for guidence in mycelium microdosing.
We begin in conversation, laying the foundation of where you are in the moment and preliminary thoughts on where you want to be. When you arrive at your overall objective for the Microcuration, we then move to discussing what the correct protocols and dosage are for you. Once we institute the agreed upon approach, we adjust until you find your groove. Once you do, we have weekly checkups, touching base with both the medicine and how your are able to integrate its lessons into your life. Finally, after the protocol is over, we touch base on how the Microcuration affected your life story and where you might go from there.

Macrocuration
For those with a safe and vetted journey scheduled & one month lead time.
We begin in conversation, laying the foundation of where you are in the moment and preliminary thoughts on where you want to be. The Preparation includes the classic set (your mindset) and setting (the environment of the journey), and then adds the set up in between, which is the intentional work you wish to bring into the journey. Having completed the journey, the Integration begins, where you bring meaning to what the medicine revealed and then work to implement that into your everyday life. This is also a time to take advantage of of your mind’s plasticity by creating or deepening healthy habits. Finally, in the Coda, we will touch base further down the line to see how the Curation has affected your life story.
